SoundMoves was a multi-level arts project I was involved in that explored the possibilities of improvised conversation between dance and music. The collective artists came from backgrounds in Jazz, Tap Dance, Khatak, Flamenco, all shared new ways to collaborate and develop. Through a dramatization of ideas and concepts this delivered with theatrical performances that incorporated all the excitement of a jam session and raw energy of a music gig.

This film documents some of the journey leading up to the performance and pieces together the creative elements behind a dynamic and fresh form of performance art.
