Yoga has a huge following in Cape Town and there is great demand for it. Unfortunately it is considered too expensive by many and beyond reach. I felt privileged to document this event for Paradigm Shift who through events such as this, grow awareness to their activites of growing economies in poverty stricken areas which is carried out through mentoring practices and the development of self empowerment.

Full Moon Meditation took place on the nearby Camps Bay Beach and was hugely successful. Chloe, a qualified Kundalini teacher, led the event with an hours practice and this was followed with a Meditation that ended with a rousing of the spirit under a growing Full Moon. Unforgettable.
